What if I need to change my order?

Call us directly at (707) 763-9271 for any updates to your order information. Otherwise email us at bryce@vandafloral.com if you'd like to include another special note or change anything with your order. During business hours we will generally respond to you within sixty minutes of your request.

What if my request is out of season or unavailable? Do you make substitutions? 

Occasionally, even on a local delivery, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain vessels or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

What if my flowers die?

We deal in a perishable product and although we take every measure to ensure that our flowers stay their freshest, death is inevitable.  Most varieties should last between five and seven days. If this is not the case,  we stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied please do not hesitate to call for a return, re-delivery or refund.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

If you prefer to send flowers without your name attached, then so be it.  But if the recipient calls us asking who sent them the gorgeous flower arrangement, it is our company policy that we are required to disclose the sender. 

When will my flowers be delivered?

All orders placed for delivery within Petaluma by 3:00 p.m. Mon-Fri can be delivered on the same day (and by 1:00 p.m. for any deliveries out of town), Saturday deliveries must be placed by noon. Anything placed after these times may be delivered the following day. We are happy to arrange delivery times within a window of about an hour and will do our best to accommodate your request.  Keep in mind that we are open (and available to deliver) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Please specify if morning delivery is preferred.
